While our studios are temporarily closed, we are excited to bring your favourite XTEND Barre workout to you in the comfort of your own home. From core to glutes to arms… we’ve got you covered!

Yes! We have a diverse timetable of over 50 live classes per week, led by the best XTEND Barre instructors from across the country​ so that you can get results from the comfort of your own home.

Yes! We have a diverse timetable of over 50 live classes per week, led by the best XTEND Barre instructors from across the country​ so that you can get results from the comfort of your own home.

Our instructors will be delivering these workouts to you using mostly body weight, so you’ll just need an open space where you can clearly see your streaming device.

Use a chair or stool instead of a barre and a mat or towel for floor work.​ Small hand weights might be useful for some classes, but you can use cans of beans or small water bottles!

Once you have an Xtend @ Home membership, you will be able to book your classes through the XTEND Barre App.

1. Log into your account, click on the drop-down button at the top of your App and select the location *Xtend Barre Australia.

2. Book any live classes you would like to attend. You'll receive a confirmation email from FitGrid ([email protected]) soon after.

3. Once you’re within 60 minutes of the class’ scheduled start time, you’ll receive another email from FitGrid with a unique ZOOM link to access the live stream.

4. Click your unique link a few minutes before the class is scheduled to start. If you have the Zoom App on your device already, you’ll join immediately. If you do not have the Zoom App on your device, you’ll be prompted to download it.

Your Xtend @ Home membership also includes access to our YouTube workout series, which is a library of videos that you can workout to at any time of day, with new playlists delivered straight to your inbox every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each playlist will consist of 5 videos in total: a warm-up video, 3 workout videos and a cool-down video.

Please make sure your email address on your account is up to date and reach out to your studio owner if you have any issues receiving these emails.
