Yoga and Barre has been part of Yla’s life for almost 20 years. To deepen her practice on a physical and mental level she completed her yoga teacher training with the Byron Yoga Centre in 2010. Yoga was a way to balance her corporate life with the wholistic mindfulness that yoga offers. Yla was introduced to Xtend Barre during a Babies on Board class and immediately fell in love with the workout. She found that it complimented well with her yoga practice offering a full body workout that challenges mentally and physically. Join Yla’s class for a dynamic, challenging and nurturing class.
