My love of dance and movement started from 3 years old and continued into years of training in classical ballet. After finishing at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2011, I started my Nutrition degree at university. I first discovered Xtend Barre earlier in 2015 and was immediately hooked. In 2016 I started my certificate in mat pilates with Polestar Pilates, to continue my knowledge and provide Xtend Barre clients with the best possible work out and enable them to reach their goals. I have found a workout that has combined both my passions of dance and fitness and cannot wait to share it with all who attend my classes!
