Nellie discovered Xtend Barre in early 2018. The combination of an effective, low-impact workout that has all muscle groups working, and the inspirational and supportive community had her obsessed! Nellie went on to complete her instructor training in late 2018. Nellie has been an instructor at Xtend Barre Osborne Park since 2019. As well as being trained in Xtend Barre, she has undertaken training in Sweat, Fitball, TRX and Suspend. Nellie likes to make sure you are working the correct muscles in class, so you will always hear her explaining where you should be feeling each exercise. She also loves to crack a joke and ‘try’ to make you laugh through the intensity of the workout. She loves to hear you give it back to her as much as she gives it out!
