Lauren studied classical ballet, contemporary and jazz from a very early age before training in Melbourne at the National Theatre Ballet School. A serious injury caused her to reassess her career course and Lauren then pursed further study, first in Sydney and later at the University of Canberra, while simultaneously building a career in business and client management.
However, she still held a passion for dance and fitness and found her way back to the barre where she fell in love with Xtend Barre’s unique workout and the wonderful community of instructors and clients. Now a new mum, Lauren more than ever is grateful for this amazing workout programme, knowing the importance of nourishing your physical and emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond.
Lauren is the proud co-owner of Xtend Barre Canberra City and hopes to welcome you to the studio where she can enthusiastically support and motivate you to achieve your own individual goals.
