High-energy, graceful and challenging workouts for your whole body, concentrated into 45 minutes of fun with great tunes and fantastic people – what more could you ask for? I have loved every minute of my XB experience since joining XB Claremont in 2014. In 2020 I took the opportunity to become an XB instructor, combining three of my favourite things – movement, music and people.
Time is precious and the XB formula really is so effective in building muscle tone, strength, coordination, balance and posture. I truly believe it is accessible to anyone regardless of fitness level or dance background and can’t wait to share the experience with you! Outside of XB, my professional life is in human resources consulting and I love spending time at the beach, cycling and being outdoors with my husband, two boys and Labrador.

I love movements that lengthen and stretch out the whole body, with lots of opportunity to challenge yourself and work up a great sweat.
