Hannah is a contemporary dancer having trained at California State University in Los Angeles and Trisha Browne’s Dance Company in New York. Hannah holds a BA in Performing Arts from the University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Degree from the Copenhagen Contemporary Dance College.
Pilates, yoga and other somatic practices were an integral part of Hannah’s dance training and after experiencing the positive impact these methods had on her strength, posture and flexibility at an early age she was keen to develop her skills further. She took further training during her travels in New York, Los Angeles and Denmark and is a certified pilates (mat and reformer) barre, yogalates and youth yoga instructor.
She loves the Xtend Barre workout for keeping her fitness level high and incorporating her two passions -pilates and dance. She is so excited to be an instructor for a method which she is so passionate about in an environment that is fun and inclusive.
