Dominique’s strong passion for dance and performance began at an early age training in many styles including classical ballet, hip-hop, jazz, musical theatre, contemporary and more. Through this dedication and passion for dance she discovered a love for teaching as well as health and fitness. Her love for this grew rapidly as she explored many classes such as yoga, pilates and then, Xtend Barre.
Dominique found that Xtend Barre was the perfect workout for her; an intense full body workout that combines pilates, dance and cardio fitness whilst helping sculpt, lengthen and strengthen all muscle groups. Dominique is thrilled to join the team and hopes to empower her clients in a supportive environment to be their best self!
