"Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire."
Having grown up in her parents’ Tarragindi gym, it’s fair to say Bridget has lived and breathed fitness most of her life. Trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus from the age of seven and a member of the Queensland Ballet Junior Program, Bridget was first introduced to XTEND Barre while she was dancing fulltime. She instantly fell in love with the workout, and soon went on to join the Stones Corner studio as a client, receptionist and then qualified Xtend Barre instructor, before going on to win the Australian XTEND Barre Instructor of the Year Award in 2019.
Graduating from university with a Bachelor of Advertising and Communications, Bridget now works in digital marketing by day; instructor by morning and night. A talented fitness, mat Pilates and Barre instructor who brings her passion for the workout to each and every class, Bridget continues to work behind the studio scenes as Shay’s right-hand-woman.

My signature move
Knee lifts - whether I’m teaching or doing class, when the whole studio is pumping out knee lifts in time with the music, I get chills!
Members would describe me as
The Smiling Assassin. But I would hope members think I am a caring, passionate and encouraging instructor that likes to keep them on their toes!
Song that makes me move
P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing) - John Gibbons
Something on my bucket list
Seeing the Royal Ballet perform at the Royal Opera House in London
