Bri is a passionate Yogi with a love for helping others experience the benefits of Yoga. Her intention is to allow you to find balance and lightness within the mind and body through a strong and nourishing Vinyasa practice. You can expect an energetic flow with a focus on alignment, strength, stretch, mindfulness and awareness of the breath. You will leave her classes feeling reconnected to self and ready to take on anything.
Bri is a proud first-time mama to a beautiful baby boy and has been attending our Babies on Board classes. She is super excited to be joining the Xtend Barre team!
