"If it was easy, everyone would be doing it."
With a PhD in Medicine and over 25 years experience in health and movement, Bec has an innate love of all things wellbeing. After working in the AFL and Collegiate sport in the US, Bec returned back to Perth and her grassroots of community health. A mental health battle led her to Xtend Barre where she found the ultimate combination of movement and community. Out side of running XB Claremont, you’ll find Bec playing Uber to her 4 children, working on one of her other businesses, or putting together lecture material or grant writing for her job as an academic. There’s no slow pace in Bec’s world.
