Apiwan was born in Thailand. Her yoga journey started in 2008 in Perth, Australia. Since then, practising yoga has become a way of life for Apiwan. She enjoys exploring various styles of yoga from Hatha, Iyegar, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. She has continued to develop her teaching skills with additional training of 50 hours Pre-Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Mat Pilates. Her classes leave her students feeling relaxed and fresh for the rest of the day!
