Originally from the UK, Amy trained as a professional dancer and performer. After making the move Down Under in 2009 Amy taught ballet and other styles of dance and focused on completing her fitness studies and became a qualified PT and Pilates Instructor. Amy was initially drawn to Xtend Barre because it is a full body workout which is fun and challenging and loves how Xtend Barre combines elements of Pilates and Dance and is suitable for all fitness levels. Amy’s passion is to help clients feel and believe in their full potential when it comes to health and fitness.
