Alycia is qualified in both Pilates and yoga and loves to balance firey and playful pilates classes with restorative and nurturing yoga classes. Whatever class you join Alycia in, they are guaranteed to be mindful, alignment focused and light-hearted, allowing you to curiously explore your body, release tension and build self-compassion. Alycia has completed over 800 hours of Yoga and Pilates trainings, falling in love with teaching mindful movement after her first yoga training in the jungle of Costa Rica!
