I was raised in Perth, Western Australia and have always been active and energetic from the moment I could walk. I have been dancing for 14 years and have trained in Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and Pilates conditioning.
When I became a teenager, my love for dancing broadened into a love of anything health and fitness related… So when I found Xtend Barre it was a match made in heaven! I love how strong, yet graceful it makes me feel and how the simplest dance technique can sculpt, challenge and work the whole body!
