The perfect blend of core strength and muscle release. Using the roller to engage the stabilizer muscles during signature core work will make this unique workout a challenge for all students. The roller is used to warm up and cool down muscles, increase circulation and knead out any knots that limit range of motion (self-massage). Use your own body weight to “roll and release” your best body!
