This 55 minute mat class is a slower paced workout than Xtend Barre. It is a chance to learn the Pilates fundamentals so you will move with correct alignment, improved core strength, posture and flexibility. These fundamentals will help you walk tall and work safely in your Xtend Barre classes. It is a great complement to Xtend.
