Sarah is the owner and director of Xtend Barre South Yarra. After attending her first Xtend Barre class in Melbourne at the start of 2018 she was instantly a devotee, and the trajectory to becoming studio owner was a quick and natural one for her. Sarah studied classical ballet at the Royal Ballet School in London and when she discovered Xtend Barre, she was able to realise her dream of combining her passion for dance and marketing into what is Xtend Barre South Yarra.

Sarah’s vision is to create a caring, healthy, inclusive and dynamic environment for her guests where they can work together to reach their goals

Since graduating with a Certificate 4 in Dance through the Performing Arts course at Patrick Studios Australia in 2014, Sarah has gone on to perform all over the world. She has toured Nationally and Internationally with Stone Productions, Entertainment Store and most recently, Norwegian Cruise lines. Sarah completed 5 contracts with NCL as a Production Cast Dancer, and Primary Aerialist and Dance Captain. It’s here that Sarah discovered her passion for Aerial Arts and since then she has trained not only at NICA in Melbourne but also in Portugal with Circus Loft.

Throughout Sarah’s years of performing she came to understand the importance of Pilates and how it has helped her to maintain her strength and agility whilst performing and dancing full time. Her passion for dance and fitness lead her to Xtend Barre, she is driven by being able to help others find their own passion for self love, health and well-being.

Lauren’s background in in dance and ballet. Practicing Pilates throughout her years of dancing she found and enormous love for all the benefits it bought her body. In more recent years, Lauren has a new love, Xtend Barre which incorporates both dance and Pilates.

She has a strong passion for health, fitness and wellbeing which has seen her attain a certificate in Pilates (reformer and mat) and a Diploma of Remedial of Massage. Favourite thing about Xtend Barre? “Helping clients grow and challenge themselves”.
