Here’s some handy advice for your first trip to see us at Xtend Barre:
Arrive 20 minutes early.
Grip socks are required. You can bring your own or we have some for purchase.
Bring a towel and water bottle.
We have lockers, changing rooms, and restrooms available for your use.
Entry into class is not permitted 5 minutes after the start of class.
Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or are pregnant. They are happy to help with
modifications throughout class.
If you need to change your class, be sure to do so at least within the cancellation period.
Xtend Barre Parramatta offers something on the timetable for everyone and every body, you can join multi–level, safe, fun and extremely effective fitness classes under the eyes of expert trainers who work with you on your individual goals.
Programs include Xtend Barre, Xtend Fitball, Xtend Babies on Board, and Xtend Pilates.
Suzy has a Bachelor of Teaching degree and completed her full-time Performing Arts course at The Dance Factory in Melbourne.
She has worked extensively as a professional singer/dancer and has performed all over the world including England, Scotland, Korea, Singapore, India and Japan.
As a singer/songwriter under the name “Suzy Ray”, Suzy’s debut original single reached #11 on the ARIA Australian Artists Chart.
After having 2 boys, Suzy discovered Xtend Barre and fell in love with the workout so much that she had to open a studio of her own.
Suzy says: “It’s the perfect way to combine my love of dance and fitness with my love of teaching”.
Sheridan has extensive training in Ballet, Tap and Jazz and has been working as a professional dancer and model for over 18 years.
She performed as a principle dancer at the world renowned Moulin Rouge and was a featured dancer in the ABC documentary “Moulin Rouge Girls”.
She has also performed in many shows with artists like Rhonda Burchmore, Marcia Hines, Dannii Minogue and The Bee Gees. She has also worked extensively for the Sydney Showboat and appeared in the musical “The Boy From Oz” with Hugh Jackman. Now a Mum, Sheridan has found Xtend Barre to be the perfect way to combine her love of dance and fitness and she has a strong desire to assist others in achieving their personal fitness goals.
Dance has been a part of Kassandra’s life from a young age and it has continued to be a strong passion.
While completing a Bachelor of Medical Science, Kass discovered Xtend Barre and instantly fell in love as it combined her passion for dance as well as health and fitness.
Kassandra loves being an Xtend Barre Instructor and everything it has to offer!
Ivy has an extensive background in the performing arts. A graduate from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and Brent Street Studios, her major theatrical credits include Disney’s The Lion King and Cameron Mackintosh’s Miss Saigon.
She also starred as Danielle Clark in the film ‘Razzle Dazzle, A Journey Into Dance’. She thinks her epithet should read: perennial traveller, musical theatre fanatic and Xtend Barre enthusiast!
Brett has worked in the entertainment industry for 25 years and believes that health and fitness are the two most important things in our lives.
Already accredited with a Diploma in Exercise Science, Brett then discovered Xtend Barre!
He believes it’s the greatest workout to tone, strengthen and give total well-being.
Brett is also a fully qualified Pilates instructor.
Bree has an extensive dance background having trained in Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary since she was 3 years old.
She has completed a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Nuclear Medicine Technology) gaining a comprehensive knowledge of the human body and how it works, while always maintaining her passion for dance and fitness.
After the birth of her first baby she found Xtend Barre to be an effective, addictive and fun workout leading to immediate results.
Bree instantly knew she wanted to share her passion for Xtend Barre, combining her knowledge of health and fitness with others.
Bree has also completed a Certificate III in Fitness and is a certified Pilates instructor.
Nicole has always had a love for health and fitness, dancing from a young age, playing various sports and practicing yoga regularly, as well as having worked as a Rhythmic Gymnastics coach.
She struggled to find an individual workout that gave her results and kept her interested long-term, until she found Xtend Barre.
Nicole has a degree in Communications from the University of Technology, Sydney, is a Makeup Artist, and holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
She has worked with some of the world’s biggest beauty brands in Marketing and Education roles, and on the faces of some of Australia’s top Beauty Editors and Celebrities.
She loves how interconnected, nutrition, fitness, and self-care is for creating a whole, healthy body. Nicole’s aim is to inspire every client to be healthy from the inside, out, so that they can feel amazing every day!
Jess developed a love for dance and fitness from an early age.
She is now a qualified school teacher and health care industry professional.
Since discovering Xtend Barre, she became so addicted to the workout that she just had to become an instructor!
Xtend Barre perfectly combines Jess’s teaching experience with her love of the workout.
Monique studied ballet from the age of 3 and continued with tap, jazz and Irish dancing classes.
She studied a Bachelor of Commerce and has travelled extensively with a love of adventure and believes you need to try everything at least once!
Monique has always found time for dance and fitness and looks forward to meeting you at the barre.
Apiwan was born in Thailand. Her yoga journey started in 2008 in Perth, Australia. Since then, practising yoga has become a way of life for Apiwan. She enjoys exploring various styles of yoga from Hatha, Iyegar, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. She has continued to develop her teaching skills with additional training of 50 hours Pre-Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Mat Pilates. Her classes leave her students feeling relaxed and fresh for the rest of the day!
Smriti grew up in Nepal where Yoga was ingrained in her as part of her upbringing.
She taught Yoga through a television show called Fitness+ in Nepal. But after a devastating earthquake, Smriti returned to Australia and her dedication, discipline and love towards Yoga has guided her to continue teaching Yoga in Sydney.
Smriti is an Internationally Certified Yoga teacher and has completed 300 hours of training recognised by both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance. She is also a winner of the Classic Diamond Fitness Queen Australia 2017.
Smriti believes the attitude one has on the Yoga mat will help one to shape their life outside the Yoga mat!
