Alysha McDonald - Member Consultant & Instructor
I have always wanted to help people feel good about themselves and through fitness I learnt how to be grateful for my health and my body even if there were things I wanted to change about the way I looked. I found the connection between moving my body physically and the clarity it gave my mind and realised I wanted to help others feel strong physically and emotionally. I fell in love with Pilates as a client while living in Sydney and decided I wanted a career change. After moving home to Melbourne I enrolled in my certificate IV of Pilates through Breathe Edu and also came across Xtend Barre. After my first class with Xtend Barre I fell in love with the workout and couldn’t wait to come back. I wake up everyday grateful to work with such amazing and supportive women who love what they do and truly care about the people they have in their classes.
