Alysha MacDonald (Pilates)
I have always wanted to help people feel good about themselves and through fitness I learnt how to be grateful for my health and my body even if there were things I wanted to change about the way I looked. I found the connection between moving my body physically and the clarity it gave my mind and realised I wanted to help others feel strong physically and emotionally. I fell in love with Pilates as a client while living in Sydney and decided I wanted a career change.
After moving home to Melbourne I enrolled in my certificate IV of Pilates through Breathe Edu and also came across Xtend Barre. After my first class with Xtend Barre I fell in love with the workout and couldn’t wait to come back. I wake up everyday grateful to work with such amazing and supportive women who love what they do and truly care about the people they have in their classes.
Nicole Vanderzee (Yoga)
As a dedicated student of yoga, I have experienced first hand the transformative effects of this ancient practice. My passion for yoga lies in the philosophies steeped in compassion, self exploration and connection. You can expect to slow down in my class, to realign the head and heart to our actions. While I like to nod to the many spiritual teachings I also like to have a laugh along the way.
Lorinda Claire (Yoga)

Yoga has taken her on an incredible journey of self discovery, and has also enabled her to travel to some incredible places hosting retreats in Europe and Australia. It is her wish to inspire her students to be the best versions of themselves on and off the mat.
