CLAIM NOWChloe is the owner of Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches and is the Xtend Barre International Director of Training. She is one of Xtend Barre’s Master Trainers in Australia and New Zealand.
She attended her first Xtend Barre class in Sydney, Australia in late 2010 and was immediately addicted. Six months later she became an Xtend Barre instructor. Twelve months later she was honoured to be asked to become a Teacher Trainer. For the past 18 months, Chloe has had the joy of working with and mentoring the most stunning women across Australia and New Zealand. Every question a training instructor asks, reinforces Chloe’s passion for, and belief in, the Xtend Barre method.
Prior to joining the Xtend Barre family, Chloe trained in classical ballet from an early age. A severe arm injury whilst studying dance performance in London, lead her to the Pilates Method. Her own rehabilitation via Pilates inspired her to commence training as a Pilates instructor with Alan Heardman in London.
For the past 15 years, Chloe has had parallel careers, running her own business, Head Over Heals Pilates, whilst also pursuing a career as an award-winning leading lady of Musical Theatre in productions such as Chicago-The Musical, The Producers and The Addams Family throughout the UK, Australia and Asia.
She delights in combining her passion for theatre and Xtend Barre, finding both worlds constantly overlapping.
Tiffany is thrilled to join the Xtend barre family! As a shy three year old, her parents got her involved in dance, never knowing it would lead to a lifelong passion and worldwide pursuit. Hailing from the good ol’ USA, Tiffany has extensively trained in many styles of dance and graduated Summe Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Performing Arts in Dance Performance from a very prestigious university.
Upon graduation, she moved to NYC where she worked as a professional artist in many musical theater shows such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Hairspray, and Sweet Charity. Prior to leaving the city, she was working as a core dancer in reconstructing original Fosse choreography while working closely with Nicole Fosse herself.
Her career has taken her all over the world, but it is love for her Australian husband that has brought her to Sydney. Having loved and tried the many barre methods offered in NYC, she quickly found Xtend Barre and instantly was hooked. Tiffany loves the strength, flexibility, and challenge Xtend Barre gives her, but she mostly loves connecting with the amazing clients and instructors that Xtend Barre draws in. Her zeal as an instructor is to not only help people achieve their ideal health and fitness goals, but is also to encourage, inspire, and motivate them to love life and enjoy themselves. “We will work hard, but we will do it with a smile and have the best time ever!!! Can’t wait to meet you. God bless!”
Carrie is a qualified Pilates Instructor, Sports Massage Therapist and holds a BSc Hons Degree in Sports Science & Biology. After completing a Diploma of Sports Massage in 2005 she worked in London with a large variety of clients in all sports, before emigrating to Sydney in 2007.
Carrie started Pilates back in London to improve her strength and to decrease the risk of injuries from working in a very busy massage practice. Her love of Pilates grew from the positive effect it has on her body and the increased energy she gains from practicing Pilates for efficiency in her massage work. Pilates is an important addition for everyone to strengthen and lengthen the body from within to assist you in your daily life and improve your mind, body and soul.
Carrie completed her Diploma in Professional Pilates (Rehab) with Polestar Pilates in 2010. She believes strongly in continued professional development and attends various workshops and courses to expand her knowledge and experience in the world of health and wellness. Recent courses have been in Pre/Post Natal, Buff Bones® and she is currently training in Craniosacral Therapy.
Carrie loves to specialise in Studio Pilates with a focus on rehabilitation but also loves the energy a group mat class brings to the studio. Carrie brings her own unique personality to the class but keeps a focus on technique.
When out of the Studio and treatment room you will find her experimenting with cooking Paleo recipes and walking her dog Eddie. She loves to keep moving and believes in everything in moderation. Carrie practices Pilates, Yoga and loves a good Cardio workout like Xtend Barre.
Paola Raffinetti, originally from South Africa, began Pilates when studying dance in 2000. Pilates improved her performance, body awareness and enabled her to manage her injuries. Inspired by her own experience, she then went on to become a Pilates Teacher in 2001 while completing her degree in Dance Teaching. In 2006 Paola moved to London where she was given the opportunity to further her knowledge as a Pilates Teacher and continued her education with The Pilates Foundation UK.
Through her teaching Paola aims to bring each client a greater awareness of their individual movement habits and to remodel any faulty patterns. She focuses on promoting functional movement, self-awareness and understanding of each unique body. This has lead to Paola conducting workshops in conjunction with her Pilates sessions for those who want to further understand their body. These workshops gives a person tools to combat their aches and pains from running, cycling, Pilates, Xtend Barre or even from sitting at a desk all day at work. Relieving tension and understanding why certain areas ache or get aggravated creates a better mind body connection when pursuing other activities.
Paola is experienced at teaching clients of all abilities, and has a particular interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation, continually being amazed at how Pilates can assist in speeding up the recovery process. Paola welcomes working with any client, no matter what level or age and aims to keep her classes fresh, fun, interesting and challenging.
‘Ashleigh’s passion for dance an exercise led her to fall in love with Xtend Barre. Ashleigh’s dance training has led her to perform in two national tours with recording artist ‘Kanye West’ as well as a plethora of children’s shows in multiple countries including India and The Philippines. Ashleigh’s favorite part of instructing is nurturing her clients and watching their confidence and technique grow with each class. Chloé began going to ballet when she was one years old. Her mum put her into class in her nappies and she just ran around until she was old enough to join in!
She trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Irish Dancing every day after school until she was 18 years old. Finally, she left the little Island of Jersey to successfully gain her place at Performers College London.
Since graduating dance college at the age of 21, she has been lucky enough to be continually working within the industry. Her professional dancing/singing career began aboard Costa cruises, which led her to achieve her dream job as a showgirl in Paris at the Paradis Latin Cabaret as well as touring with Cirque De Hiver Bouglione.
Chloé eventually found herself in sunny Sydney where she now loves the mix of teaching ballet, fit modelling for beautiful Aussie brands, and free-lance performing. As soon as she walked past Xtend Barre Eastern Beaches, she knew she wanted to be a part of it. After her first Xtend Barre class, becoming an Xtend Barre Instructor quickly became her new dream.

Moira began Pilates in 2000 whilst studying ballet full time and found it helped her dancing, teaching her core strength and rehabilitating her injuries, making her a much more body aware dancer. She even came to Pilates after she broke her foot, hopping around the studio when she couldn’t walk.
After completing a cert III in fitness and teaching many Les Mills programs at the gyms Moira completed a certificate in studio Pilates in 2010 with the Australian Pilates Method association. Since then she has taught at many studios around Sydney teaching studio clinical Pilates as well as teaching reformer and mat classes. She enjoys working with a huge cross section of clients, from those recovering from injury, to athletes who are using Pilates to gain strength and fitness in their chosen sports.
