THE STUDIO

At Xtend Barre South Yarra, we combine the science of Pilates with the dynamics and energy of dance to deliver a workout that not only strengthens and tones your whole body, but also leaves you feeling empowered! We offer a variety of classes including Barre, Pilates, TRX and more, with each program specially designed to improve cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility.
