THE STUDIO

North Ryde’s newest Barre studio has arrived. XTEND Barre North Ryde combines the science of Pilates with the dynamics and energy of dance to deliver a workout that not only strengthens and tones your whole body, but also leaves you feeling empowered! We offer a variety of classes including Barre, Pilates, Reformer, TRX and more.

Our workouts are perfect for first-timers to experienced Xtenders motivated and engaged to reach their fitness goals, where each program is specifically designed to improve cardio, strength, endurance and flexibility.

XTEND Barre North Ryde is located within the North Ryde RSL Leisure Centre on Magdala Road. This convenient location has parking right outside our studio.
